Jason Pedruzzi has over twenty years of successful sales and sales team management experience in the Mil-Aero marketplace. Before founding J-Tech Sales, Jason spent ten years as co-owner and director of sales and marketing for Filconn Inc., leading North American and international sales teams to 20% growth year over year.

Engaging a wealth of customer relationships, Jason also has a strong mechanical design and electrical background. He has invented several custom EMI/RFI shielding interconnect solutions, currently holds three patents, and has three additional patents pending. Jason has a core sales philosophy of driving revenue growth through customer-focused solution sales and obsessive service.

In his spare time, Jason is a real estate investor, hunter, and "sports dad." He has three children who actively participate in competitive football, basketball, soccer, and dance. Hailing from Wichita, Kansas, he has coached youth football, is USA youth football heads up certified, and US soccer Safesport trained for head injury recognition and mandatory reporting.

Daina Bailey is a seasoned account executive with over 25 years of sales experience. She has worked with designers, architects, management, and purchasing firms in the U.S. and internationally.

George Strebel worked as lead for the cable and harness department of Microwave Power Devices for 7 years prior to becoming a manufacturer’s rep. He spent the next 30 years working with engineers on designs in the military, medical, and OEM markets. Some of the lines George represented were connectors, wire and cable, PCBs, relays, and circuit board components. While George has been proficient in identifying growth opportunities, developing innovative sales strategies, and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth, he has also been dedicated to ongoing learning while fostering continuous improvement through proactive contributions.

Barb Kimmerle has twenty-plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least half that time within the Mil-Aero industry. She is experienced in AR and AP, order processing, and invoicing. Her education was in Finance and Economics. Barb has expanded her role at J-Tech Sales to provide increased customer support as Customer Service Representative.

In her non-working hours, she enjoys time staying fit, being a consistent member in cycling and weight training classes, with occasional yoga in the mix. She and her husband enjoy spending time in their RV and exploring off-road trails in their side-by-side. Barb also has a strong love of dogs, supporting local rescues and helping at their local kennel when needed.
